To request necessary closing documents for a home in our subdivision, please email secretary@smithwickcrossinghoa.org at least 7-10 business days prior to your closing date. This will ensure that we have ample time to prepare such documents.  Please be aware that any time a property changes hands, a $200 Capital Contribution Assessment is collected by the Homeowner’s Association.
