• Statues, benches, bird feeders, flags, etc. are not allowed in the front yard unless they are approved by the ACC.
• Garbage cans should not be visible from the street.

• Boats, trailers of any kind of Campers, RV’s, etc are not allowed to be kept on any lot-front or back yard-for more than 48 consecutive hours, unless they are screened from view by neighboring residences and streets.

• Household junk should not be visible from the street or neighboring homes. Please keep your lot tidy.

• Woodpiles should be kept in the rear yard and concealed from view.

• Garage doors should be kept closed.

• Pine straw and mulch beds need to be refreshed periodically and weeds need to be killed. Bare lawn area need to be filled in with sod or seeded.

• Removal of Trees greater then 3 inches in diameter need to have ACC approval unless the tree is dead or diseased.

• Swing sets and Recreation Equipment must be installed in the rear of the lot and approved by the ACC.

• Yard Ornaments, Animal Pens, Flag Poles are subject to ACC approval.

• Cut Grass needs to be cleaned off of sidewalks and streets.
